Loki 59" Pine Wood Cat Tree

This is a beautiful modern cat tree! Our cat Midnight loves it and spends so much time on it. It has everything your cat could want/need.. a high perch, hiding box, hammock, and several large platforms to spread out. Also the felt material and multiple scratching areas are great. We are so happy with this purchase and highly recommend!

It has been almost two weeks now of my trying to return this faulty product. Arrive with damage to the box so it was missing appropriate hardware. Took a few days of contact to get them to reply to an email regarding that and they said they could take care of it. But then, my husband starting looking at the tower and noticed even if we had the hardware the holes DO NOT line up to even assemble the scratch posts and platforms. Also—the top felt basket folds in on itself so even with pillow installed the walls do not stand perpendicular as photo shows. We purchased a different tower at the same time from Agile and after assembling the screws and nuts didn’t hold platforms tight. You could freely spin the platform 360 degrees which made the whole tower insecure. My cats are not that big (9-10lbs) and when they are both on it it shakes and doesn’t seem safe. We executed a request for a return two days after delivery… and it’s been almost two weeks and still proper return labels have not been sent for us. It’s been a nightmare and taken hours out of my life just trying to get them to uphold their own 30 day return policy. And no phone number to call. Tried their “live chat” on their site to try and get the issue resolved faster and I waited on it for 1.5 hours and still no contact with someone… it’s been an email back and forth for days and day with no resolve. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend Agile to anyone.

This is a great product and love the fact it's not covered with plastic-based carpeting. The only drawback is it's a little shaky at the top level for my 15lb cat - but that's likely as much to do with his size as with the construction of the cat tower. Recommend!

First I was shipped the wrong product and now that I have the right one I am underwhelmed to say the least. My cats are not kittens - if they were this might be great - but they are 15 lbs and entirely too big for this product. They hang out of the top perch which in itself is an issue - it came folded and the only way to keep it from folding in on itself is to use both cushions - so now I have no cushion for the little house on the bottom. I will figure it out but going forward I will be looking for bigger better products in that are made for cats and not kittens.

Very easy to assemble and my cats love it so much already! I can always find one of our three cats just snoozing in the cat tree!

P.S. we got the Loki cat tree since we have one boy cat named Loki! Hehe
